The Human Performance Center has been an important part of the Santa Barbara health care community for over 30 years. In addition to treating a broad range of medical problems, our specialists also offer One-On-One Personal Fitness Training. Certified Personal Trainer, Ellen Kenoss can help you expand on the exercise program you started with our physical therapists or begin a new program from scratch. She can help you increase heart and lung endurance, build muscle, lose weight, improve joint stability and motion, and enhance posture and balance! She’ll incorporate principles from yoga, pilates, weight training and sports-specific exercises to give you a fun, well-rounded workout.
Meet Ellen Kenoss
Maintaining your desired level of fitness takes time,effort and consistency. My focus includes a combination of balance exercises,cardiovascular fitness,strength training and nutrition. One of my goals as a certified personal trainer is to help clients realize that they can achieve much more than they ever thought possible. I am constantly inspired by clients that have overcome physical challenges and through perserverance hard work, have improved the quality of thier lives. One of my greates joys as a personal trainer is to witness client’s transformations as they embrace an exercise program and enjoy all the benefits that it brings to their life. I have had the privilage of working with all ages- from teenagers through 94 years olds.
